I developed an internal system for a men's tailoring shop, designed as a custom website accessible only to staff members.

The website featured a login system to ensure that access was restricted to employees only.

The system allowed staff to add customer data, including phone numbers and personal information, and to track tailoring orders by linking them to the responsible tailors.

The system helped transform all operations from paper-based to digital, making it easier for the shop to manage orders efficiently.

Additionally, updates could be sent directly to customers via WhatsApp or through phone calls as needed, solving the issue of misplaced garments and speeding up customer communication.

A comprehensive database was designed to support the system, along with server setup to ensure performance stability and data security.

The system was isolated from public visitors and exclusively reserved for employees to ensure confidentiality and efficiency in managing shop operations.
